Socially disadvantaged students come from an environment that may make it more difficult to obtain knowledge, skills or abilities required to enroll and successfully complete undergraduate or graduate course of study that could lead to a career in the health sciences. You must submit your application in the online form link provided below. The deadline is January 17th, by 5 p. We do NOT accept late applications. You can submit application questions through video or audio.

We are unable to accept applications from international students without the proper Visa. Preference will be given to rising third and fourth year students.

Housing: Housing is not included in the Internship. Interns are required to find and pay for their own living arrangements for the duration of the program. Work is carried out under the supervision of CDCB faculty and senior staff. Awardees must use mass transportation or bicycle to work no on-campus parking is available. Your application will include:.
