Its the only way I found the recomended powersupply capacity. Setup was simple and the machine is working great. I have had this motherboard for 2 mouths now and it has only been trouble. The ata burst rate is only 66mb per second when it said that it will get mb per second. Please disregard my previous review completely. Don't buy this board. Just do a search online for 'dead processor' or SVAD and look through the support related links. You'll find that this MB has a persistant problem of locking up under various hardware.
I can't get my 2 day old MB to stay on for more than 20 minutes at a time before something goes wrong and the system halts not shuts down, but halts. Don't take the risk. And if this is any indication, Syntax doesn't answer it's support phone number. No returns are allowed after 14 days after receipt. Returns are allowed, but only within the first 48 hours after receipt, for any orders that are not to your expectation.
Returns after this time period are at the complete discretion of Evertek and will incur a substantial restock fee. Any items sent back for warranty repair must have been tested bad prior to returning the part. We will charge a service fee should we find a returned item in working condition.
